Alrewas Hayes is a Grade II listed quintessential English country estate. Situated on the outskirts of Fradley Village, the property dates back to 1066 and is believed to be the extensive Staffordshire woodland noted in the Doomsday Book. This large 100 acre estate comprises of a central courtyard, landscaped gardens, woodlands and rural countryside. The venue fuses historical charm with a contemporary aesthetic, with each ceremony space offering a different style. There are also 11 bedrooms to choose from and impressive architecture throughout.

Celebrate in style
Ceremonies can take place in The Orangery. Bathed in natural light, with a flourish of period touches throughout, this events space brings an air of elegance to every occasion. Located within the wing of the house, it has a distinctive curved ceiling, arched windows and doors that open out onto the Courtyard. It’s capable of holding 100 guests for the service and 52 for the wedding breakfast.

The Lakeside (180) overlooks the private lake, woodlands and wheat fields beyond. By day this area is a tranquil, whitewashed canvas for the creative and by night an atmospheric, star-lit party space.

Accessed via its own private walkway, The Great Barn (650) is the largest event space. Reminiscent of a cool airport hanger from the outside, it has a sleek and contemporary design on the inside, creating plenty of places to take photographs.

Alternatively, the Lobby (40) or Courtyard can be used for smaller ceremonies.

You will receive a tasting evening ahead of the wedding, a book of trusted suppliers, access to the 11 bedrooms, including the honeymoon suite and breakfast for all of your overnight guests.
