The hotel and its restaurant and coffee lounge have been recognised in two regional awards programmes, with winners announced in October and the New Year.

Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon is celebrating after receiving four award nominations, with its restaurant, coffee lounge and wider hotel team all recognised across two regional awards programmes.

The Falcon Coffee Lounge has been shortlisted in the Café/Coffee Shop category of the 2027 West Midlands Tourism Awards, while The Woodsman is a finalist in the Restaurant category.

Now in their seventh year, the awards celebrate the region's leading accommodation providers, food and drink venues, visitor attractions and cultural and sporting experiences. A total of 35 businesses and attractions are competing across 17 categories, with winners due to be announced at a ceremony early in 2027. Gold and silver recipients will also progress to VisitEngland's National Awards for Excellence.

The hotel has also secured two nominations in the Stratford Herald Business & Tourism Awards, making the shortlist for both Best Place to Work and Best Customer Experience. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon on Friday 16 October.

Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon, formerly known as The Falcon Hotel, opened in April 2019 following a multi-million-pound restoration of its Grade II listed building, which dates back to the 16th century.

Samantha Dunion, general manager of Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon, said: “We are delighted to be nominated twice as a finalist in the West Midlands Tourism Awards, and twice in the Stratford Herald Business & Tourism Awards. Winning these awards would be a fantastic acknowledgment of how hard my team works, delivering a first-class visitor experience. We look forward to hearing the results in October and the New Year.”

The West Midlands Tourism Awards recognise businesses across the region for their contribution to the visitor economy, with Andrew Lovett, chairman of the West Midlands Tourism and Hospitality Advisory Board, praising the finalists for their passion, innovation and commitment to the industry.
