Set within the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, Swallows Nest Barn is a stylish reinstated 19th-century barn. Steeped in character, the brick exterior has been restored to highlight the original features such as bright floor-to-ceiling windows that provide the grandeur that any wedding day demands. Set in a valley of private farmland, the property has ancient willow trees, a hand-crafted kissing bridge and a contemporary glazed annexe sitting beautifully against the traditional brickwork of the main barn. The walled courtyard has a south-facing aspect with established olive trees, a lawn area and outdoor seating can be used, weather permitting, for a drinks reception.

Lovebirds can tie the knot in the 19th-century rustic barn or take advantage of the stunning scenery and woodlands by choosing a setting within the 350 acres of private farmland with up to 120 guests.
