Bank House Hotel announce new bespoke weddings and online wedding planner

Bank House Hotel

The Bank House Hotel in Worcester has announced its exciting new wedding offering which includes an online wedding planner and a focus on bespoke weddings for brides and grooms.

Moving away from the traditional wedding packages, the new ‘A Magical Day, Made Your Way’ motto follows months of research and development to allow couples to create their own wedding experience at the four-star Worcestershire hotel.

Future brides and grooms can utilise a new online wedding planner that takes them on a step-by-step journey through their wedding day – from start to finish – and allows them to choose exactly what they want on their special day.

The new wedding planner concept is divided into three main sections – ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception – all of which can be included or excluded from the couple’s big day.

A focus has been put on the excellent dining options that the Bank House Hotel offers. Couples can tailor-make their wedding breakfast menu by choosing from a range of starters, mains and desserts, and also add additional courses, welcome canapes, drinks, and evening dining options, all of which are individually priced.

Adam Richards, the general manager of the Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf Club, said: “We’ve been looking at our wedding offering for some time. After much research and discussion, it’s clear that brides and grooms want choice, not to be pigeon-holed into a package that may not suit them.

“We can customise almost everything in life these days and a wedding is a very personal thing, let alone being a big expense, so it’s only right that they have their special day their way. Our new wedding planner is a simple tool for people to find out what their actual wedding day might cost from the first enquiry.

“The key to our new bespoke concept is flexibility and allows couples to spend money on the elements that are important to them and leave out those that are not. No two couples are the same so no two weddings should be the same either.”

With a range of ceremony rooms and suites, the Bank House can hold anything from small intimate gatherings with just a few close friends and family up to lavish celebrations for up to 400 guests.

Set in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside, the Bank House has the iconic Malvern Hills as the perfect backdrop. Alongside the landscaped gardens at the hotel and Bransford Golf Club, the hotel also features a luxury spa and stunning Penthouse suite – making it a truly special wedding venue in Worcester.

What's more, the property will be hosting a wedding fair on Sunday 2nd October, 2022, between 11am and 3pm.

There will be some great exhibitors attending, a drinks reception, fashion show and, of course, the chance to look around the beautiful venue. The Malvern View Room and Champagne Bar will be dressed for a wedding, and the team will be offering tours of the stunning Penthouse Suite. You’ll also be able to meet some of the best local wedding suppliers who will be on hand to offer advice and inspiration.
