Halesowen-based make-up artist Georgia Round has opened a new studio
Halesowen-based make-up artist Georgia Round has opened a new studio.
"After being a make-up artist for many years, I wanted to create a beautiful multi-use environment which would include a luxurious space for my clients," says Georgia. "This led to the opening of The Pump House Studio, a former Victorian pump house, located in Halesowen, West Midlands.
"During my varied career, I have had the pleasure of not only working with many other talented artists but also working in some fantastic places, including various television and radio sets. I have completed three years with Charlotte Tilbury, where I received continual professional training.
"More recently, I have promoted my bridal make-up services, and studio at several wedding shows across the UK, and I'm delighted to be attending the Ansty Hall Hotel Wedding show on the 16th January, 2022.
"My bridal packages are designed so that you have stress free experience from the trial to the wedding day. Tailored to your needs, I will create a fabulous make-up look on you using the best products with the greatest of care and expertise.
"The new Pump House Studio includes a large make-up workstation equipped with beautiful mirrors, chairs, a private changing area, clothing rail, clothes steamer, kitchenette, luxury toilets, free WiFi, air-con, professional photography lighting, backdrops, free parking and is available to hire by the hour, day/half day, week or long term.
"I work alongside several other photographers, stylists and hairstylists at the studio where we can create beautiful images for brides and bridal parties wanting to come somewhere different for their make-up trial and maybe indulge in a glass of bubbly and talk about the wedding day!
"The studio can also be used for your wedding morning. The bride and her party arrive ready to be pampered by your chosen team, safe in the knowledge you will be leaving for your big day looking stunning!
"Bridal Trials - Please feel free to bring friends and family along and maybe enjoy a glass of bubbly to make it a special experience. In addition, you can hire the studio completely for your wedding morning.
"I provide make-up lessons for groups or individuals of all ages as well as occasion make-up.
"The facility can be hired for collaborations between photographers, both amateur and professional and all creatives to make ideas come to life.
"Before, during and after appointments, the studio is kept hygienically clean. It provides an open, fresh space for my clients to enjoy their experience with the comfort of knowing it is safe. Both myself and the studio are fully insured.
"If you would like to find out more about my services or The Pump House Studio, please feel free to contact me via contact@georgiaroundmakeupartist.com and I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have."

Manchester has emerged as the UK's 'prenup capital', with 13 percent of divorced couples having one in place, compared to 8 percent in London and 11 percent in Birmingham. Meanwhile, cities including Liverpool and Southampton reported no uptake among those surveyed.
